Every Cat Whisperers employee is required to meet minimum standards of qualification in order to deliver professional service that results in happy cats and happy cat owners;

The Cat Whisperers employee will be able to recognise the signs of illness or stress in your cat and can be relied upon to take any necessary steps if your cat is unwell;

The Cat Whisperers employee will be trained and experienced in cat care and will be encouraged to continuously upgrade to provide a fully professional service at all times;

The cat Whisperers employee will have clean and tidy personal presentation and will maintain those areas of the client’s premises to which she has access in a tidy and hygienic condition;

Cat Whisperers employees are all required to undergo a police vetting procedure and provide references prior to being employed by Cat Whisperers;

Cat Whisperers employees are covered by appropriate liability insurance;

Cat Whisperers employees will always make an initial visit to the client’s home to meet you and your cats and determine all cat care and home security requirements prior to services being undertaken;

Cat Whisperers employees will take a full history of your cat, its condition and any medical requirements, as well as details of your preferred vet service to use in case of emergency;

Cat Whisperers employees provide a written service contract listing all of the client’s requirements and contact details and stating fees;

Cat Whisperers employees will ensure that they have full contact details for you while you are away and will send regular emails or txt / pxt updates to your mobile phone;

Cat Whisperers employees will strive to ensure that you can be completely at ease about your cat’s care during your absence.
